This impressive commemorative wall plate was made by the famous Spode porcelain manufacturers, from the United Kingdom. The plate is from the 'Cunard - Age Of Romance' series and entitled 'Caledonia'. It was made in a limited edition of only 2,000 pieces world-wide and is numbered 121. It is decorated with a picture of the ship framed in a gilded cobalt blue border. The plate is for sale in the original, satin lined presentation box.
Marks & Backstamps
The plate is marked with a printed 'Spode' backstamp and various other details, please refer to the photograph below.
Condition & Size
The plate is in very good condition, as new, with no chips, cracks or restoration. It measures approximately 9½” in diameter.
