1973 Franklin Mint, Solid Sterling Silver Inlaid and Electroplated with 24 KT Gold. New, never removed from box. Thomas Jefferson. Includes information about the plate and Certificate of Authenticity, serial #1574. Reads in gold "We Hold These Truths To Be Self-Evident", and Thomas Jefferson at the bottom of the plate.
